Delivery

Who should I expect my delivery from and is it tracked?

► Delivery via myHermes: We use myHermes to deliver all of our product deliveries.

► We keep track: For your purchase protection we track all deliveries which require a signature.

How long will it take to receive my order?

► Usually around 48hours: We dispatch all in-stock products on the next working day after your order is placed, and myHermes will generally take 48 hours to deliver.

► Preorders as soon as possible: For pre-orders we will dispatch your item(s) within 48 hours of them becoming into stock once QC checks have been completed.

Pre orders

What are the benefits of pre-ordering my items?

► Earmark you chosen items: Pre-orders allow us to allocate our items which are currently in production and transit to you, ensuring that no-one else can purchase it.

► Save on a delivery charge: If you have ordered in-stock items along with pre-orders then you will only be charged for delivery once, even though we will deliver your items separately.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

► Of course: Simply email us with your order number and details of what you would like to cancel, and we will arrange your refund and cancellation of your items from your order: orders@taggie.co.uk

► Normal T&Cs apply: Once a pre-order is dispatched then we will treat your item no longer as a pre-order, and in-line with our standard contractual conditions of sale.

Payments and Refunds

► Where you can pay by credit and debit card as well as payment through your paypal account.

In certain circumstances we may accept payment through other alternative methods of cheque or direct bank transfer

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge, inclusive of VAT.

Payment validation

All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage by our payment handlers.

Refunds

► All refunds are returned following the same method as that which the original payment was made.

Cancelling your order

Cancellation period

You have a statutory right to cancel your order from the moment you have paid for it (entered into a contract with us), up to and including 14 days after you have received the last of your items from that order.

Should you wish to cancel any item(s) ordered from us please ensure you return your item(s) unused in the same condition in which it was supplied.

Please enclose a copy of your order summary or receipt with any returned item(s) so that we are able to process your return without delay or confusion.

Period for exchange

Additionally, at taggie, we understand from time to time that you may have a need to exchange a size or style, therefore we are happy to accept your request for exchange up to and including 30 days after you have received the last of your items from that order.

Informing us

Please inform us if you would like to cancel your order at the earliest opportunity, and anytime within the cancellation period (as stated above).

Please inform us if you would like to exchange your order within the exchange period (as stated above), and we will be happy to advise you of the process, stock availability, and how to pay our standard delivery charge.

Returning your products

All items returned are done so at your own cost and risk. We advise the use of a tracking service as proof of postage. Any returned items must be posted to us within 14 days of your request to cancel or exchange.

Refunding your order

We will action your refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s) back, or if you provide evidence of tracked postage, then within 14 days of this should it be sooner.

We will also refund the cost of our basic delivery charge should you have paid one as part of your original order, but only if your whole order is returned. Should you wish to cancel only part of your order then we will refund the cost of the cancelled item(s) only as you would still incur a delivery charge.

All refunds will be returned using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

An important note: A deduction of the value refunded may have to be made if the value of the products has been reduced as a result of them being handled more than was necessary. As a guide, the extent to which you should handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.


Goods of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose
